Purpose:
The goal of the program is to develop the key competencies needed to implement an entrepreneurial process. The program focuses on the process of creating, developing and implementing a business idea and arrives at a business and financing plan. Going through the stages of the main process, the topic of developing and managing a business idea will be discussed more broadly, as well as how to better market and how to enter the international market.
Target group:
The program is suitable for those who want to start their own business or have already started and want to gain additional knowledge and skills on how to better operate in the Estonian market, but also to become an international company.
Starting conditions:
A prerequisite for starting the studies is a bachelor's degree or a corresponding level of education. Registration for the program is based on a short letter of motivation.

Tartu linn UT Delta, Narva Rd 18, Tartu.
Learning environment:
Studies and teaching takes place in appropriate classrooms, which have the required teaching equipment and meet the health and safety requirements.
Schedule and further information:
The program consists of four courses. Teaching takes place in the spring semester of 2024/2025 and in the autumn semester of 2025/2026.
