Purpose:
To provide advanced training based on higher education to existing wellness and spa middle managers and to prepare new employees for the role of middle manager. To promote the field of wellness and spa as a whole. To promote wellness and spa education in Estonia (and, if possible, in neighboring countries). To promote the "Design and management of wellness and spa services" master's program in Estonia (and possibly other countries).
Target group:
Middle managers and other employees of spa and spa hotel companies. Those interested in wellness and spa topics. Potential students of the "Design and Management of Wellness and Spa Services Master's Degree Program" (e.g., whose workload does not allow them to study in the Master's Degree Program at the moment). To provide the necessary knowledge and skills for planning digital marketing and communication.
Outcome:
Student:
1) understands the role of digital marketing in service industries;
2) uses the principles of graphic visualisation;
3) understands the role of digital technologies in the wellness domain.

English language skills at B2 level.

Studies and teaching takes place in appropriate classrooms, which have the required teaching equipment and meet the health and safety requirements.

The micro-degree program consists of the following subjects:
SVPC.02.063 Digital Marketing in Tourism (4 ECTS)
SVPC.02.064 Visual Communication Design (4 ECTS)
SVPC.02.070 Digital Well-Being (4 ECTS)

All subjects are taught in session, in the spring semester, partly as e-learning, which gives students a very good opportunity to plan their studies and time. All subjects have a comprehensive Moodle course. You start learning as a supplementary learner and all learners get the necessary access in this regard.

If it is not written in the lecture info that it will be held online, then the contact study is planned on site at Pärnu College, Ringi 35.
Requirements to complete:
All subjects of the program have been completed with a positive result.
A UT digital certificate will be issued to those who have passed the micro-degree program 100%. In case of partial completion of the micro-degree program, UT digital certificate of the completed subjects will be issued.
