In the spring semester of the 2024/25 academic year, the University of Tartu Counselling Centre will offer an English-language support group for students (including doctoral students) with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The group will discuss various topics related to the challenges of ADHD and their impact on learning. The meetings will be in the form of discussions, and no preparation is required. The group offers members the opportunity to share their experiences and motivate each other in all matters related to university and everyday life.
The first meeting will take place on Monday, 24 March. There will be a total of five meetings on Mondays from 14:00 to 16:00. The meetings will be held at the University of Tartu Library, W. Struve 1–454.
The meetings will take place on 24.03, 31.03, 07.04, 14.04, and 21.04 from 14:00 to 16:00.
The discussions will be led by psychologist Tõnu Jürjen and special needs adviser Liisa Veerla.
