Lecture by Rainer Saks on Current Developments in the Russia-Ukraine War

You are welcome to attend the public lecture "The Russia-Ukraine war: Current developments, geopolitical context, and future scenarios", narrated by Mr. Rainer Saks and followed up by a questions and answers session.

At the lecture, you will hear the opinion of a prominent Estonian expert with a background in diplomacy and intelligence on the current state of the war, including recent developments, changes in territorial control, and the position of great powers.

Rainer Saks is a Member of the Executive Board of CybExer Technologies. Prior to joining CybExer, he served as the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia since 2015. From 2011 to 2015, Mr Saks served as the Director General of the Estonian Information Board (currently the Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service). Before that, Mr Saks was the Director of the Office of the President of the Republic of Estonia.

The lecture is organised by the University of Tartu Ukraine Centre (UTUC) and is moderated by its Head, Dr. Dmytro Khutkyy.
